Whitby Massage Therapist Charged with Sexual Assault in Ajax

A massage therapist from Whitby has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault following incidents reported in Ajax. The Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) announced the arrest of Nicholas M. Luck, age 50, after a female client alleged she was assaulted on several occasions during treatment sessions at a physiotherapy business near Harwood Avenue South and Emperor Street.

The investigation, conducted by the West Division Criminal Investigations Branch, began on October 2, 2024, and concluded with the suspect's arrest on October 24, 2024. Luck faces three counts of sexual assault and has been released on an undertaking.

Police have expressed concerns that there may be additional victims and have released a photo of the accused on their website. They urge anyone with information to contact Detective Constable Eswaranathan at the West Division Criminal Investigations Branch or to provide anonymous tips through Durham Regional Crime Stoppers.

The allegations against Luck have not yet been proven in court. The DRPS continues to investigate and encourages any other potential victims to come forward.
