Whitby Household Battery Collection Set for Week of April 28

The Town of Whitby has advised that household battery collection will take place at the curb during the week of April 28. The Town stated that residents should place used single-use and rechargeable batteries in a clear, sealed plastic bag and set the bag on top of their closed green bin on their regular waste collection day. These instructions apply only for the specified week and according to the Town of Whitby’s waste pickup schedule.
