Westney Customer Service Desk Closure Scheduled for November 16-17

Durham Region Transit (DRT) has announced that the customer service desk at the Westney location in Ajax will be closed on November 16 and 17, 2024. This closure is due to a planned maintenance project.

During this period, in-person services such as inquiries, fare media sales, and lost and found collection will be unavailable. However, Presto card purchases can still be made online at prestocard.ca and at other in-person locations.

The DRT Customer Service phone lines will remain operational, and support can be accessed by calling 1-866-247-0055. The call centre will be open during regular hours on both days, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Regular customer service operations at the front counter are expected to resume on Monday, November 18, 2024.
