A Notice of Property Standards Order has been registered on the title for the property at 1 Lockhart Gate. Tenders must be submitted using the prescribed form and accompanied by a deposit of at least 20% of the tender amount, payable by certified cheque, bank draft, or money order to the municipality.
The municipality makes no representations regarding the title or any other matters related to the lands being sold. Potential purchasers are responsible for ascertaining these matters. This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001, and the Municipal Tax Sales Rules.
