Two Charged After Break-and-Enter at Hydro One Field in Oshawa

Two individuals have been charged following a break-and-enter incident at a Hydro One field in Oshawa. According to the Durham Region Police Service, the event took place on December 30, 2024, at approximately 10:00 a.m. Officers from the East Division responded to the scene at 2745 Townline Road, where two males had cut locks and entered several buildings in an attempt to steal supplies. Both suspects were apprehended on the property without incident.

David Martin, 28, and Stefan Miceli, 44, both from Oshawa, are facing charges including Break-and-Enter, Mischief Under $5000, Attempt Theft Under $5000, and Possession of Break-In Instruments. Both individuals were released on an undertaking.

The Durham Region Police Service is continuing its investigation and encourages anyone with information to contact them.
