Three Individuals Arrested for Vehicle Theft in Clarington

On September 18, 2024, members of the Project Attire Auto Theft Unit, with assistance from Halton Regional Police, executed a search warrant at a residence near Taunton Road and Trulls Road in Clarington. During the search, police found programming devices used for auto theft and a stolen BMW SUV. Three individuals were taken into custody.

Brooke Noftall, age 25 from Toronto, is charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle, Possess Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, and Possess Break-in Instruments.

Steven Chambers, age 26 from Clarington, is charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle, Possess Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, Possess Break-in Instruments, and Breach Probation.

Clinton Hahn, age 41 from Brampton, is charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle, Possess Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, and Unlawfully Possess Schedule I Substance.

Noftall was released on an Undertaking. Chambers and Hahn were held for a bail hearing.
