Temporary Detour for PULSE 901 and Route N2 on Simcoe Street
Durham Region Transit has announced a temporary detour for PULSE 901 and Route N2 due to construction on Simcoe Street between First Street and Bloor Street. The detour will be in effect from 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 21, until 5:00 AM on Thursday, August 22.
During this period, buses will be rerouted via First Avenue, Ritson Road, and Bloor Street. The following stops will not be served:
- Stop #666 – Simcoe Street southbound @ First Avenue
- Stop #667 – Simcoe Street southbound @ Bloor Street
- Stop #668 – Simcoe Street northbound @ Bloor Street
- Stop #669 – Simcoe Street northbound @ First Avenue
Passengers are advised to use the following alternative stops located on Simcoe Street, south of Bloor Street:
- Stop #3567 – Simcoe Street southbound @ Erie Street
- Stop #90015 – Simcoe Northbound @ Conant Street
Additionally, temporary stops will be available at First Street westbound and eastbound @ Simcoe Street, and Stop #1089 (Bloor Street westbound @ Simcoe Street).
