Single-Source Award to Grant Thornton for Development of KPIs and MBOs

On June 22, 2020, the General Government Committee of Clarington approved a single-source award to Grant Thornton for the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management by Objectives (MBOs) for the municipality. The resolution, moved by Councillor Anderson and seconded by Councillor Zwart, authorized the Purchasing Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Grant Thornton. The funding for this initiative will come from the Continuous Improvement Reserve Fund. The expected outcomes of this project include improved municipal management and operational efficiency, which are intended to enhance the delivery of local government services to the public.
