Shaw House Accessibility Upgrades Funding Approved
The General Government Committee of Clarington approved additional funding for the Shaw House Renovation project during its meeting on March 4, 2024. The committee allocated $131,170 from the Community Services Building Refurbishment Reserve Fund to complete the project. Additionally, $193,830 of unexpended capital project funds will be reallocated to the Shaw House Renovation project. These decisions were made to enhance accessibility at the Shaw House, ensuring it meets the needs of all community members.
