Road Closures in Clarington for Santa Claus Parades

Several roads in Clarington will be closed this weekend to accommodate Santa Claus parades in Bowmanville and Newcastle. In Bowmanville, road closures will occur on Saturday, November 16, from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The affected roads include King Street West from Bowmanville Avenue to Liberty Street South, and Liberty Street South from King Street to Baseline Road. In Newcastle, King Avenue between Rudell Road and Arthur Street will be closed on Sunday, November 17, from 3 to 7:30 p.m. for the Newcastle Santa Claus Parade and Fireworks. Emergency access will remain available during these closures, and alternative local routes are suggested for regular traffic.
