Road Closure on Wilson Road in Oshawa from July 15 to August 19
The Regional Municipality of Durham has announced a road closure on Wilson Road (Regional Road 35) in Oshawa, effective from July 15 to August 19. The closure will be in place from Bloor Street to Dieppe Avenue. The reason for the closure is to facilitate the relocation of Enbridge Gas infrastructure as part of a pending Ministry of Transportation of Ontario project. During this period, access will remain open to local traffic, and sidewalks in the area will remain accessible. Businesses along this stretch will continue to operate throughout the construction. The Region has provided resources to assist businesses in managing the impact of the construction. Residents are advised to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and work crews.
