Recommendations from the Forestry Service Delivery Review Endorsed by Council
On January 27, 2020, the General Government Committee of Clarington endorsed the recommendations from the Forestry Service Delivery Review as outlined in Report CAO-003-20. The council resolved to prioritize the recommendations set forth in the consultant's review to enhance forestry services. Additionally, the council directed that a customer service and work order process review be initiated immediately by staff to improve service delivery in this area.
