Reappointment of Council Members as Department Liaisons

During the General Government Committee meeting on November 29, 2021, a resolution was passed regarding the appointment of Department Liaisons. Mayor Foster moved the resolution, seconded by Councillor Hooper, stating that the Members of Council designated as Department Liaisons would remain status quo until the end of the term of Council. The appointed liaisons are as follows: Councillor Anderson for Planning & Development Services, Councillor Hooper for Public Works, Councillor Traill for Community Services, Councillor Jones for Legislative Services, Councillor Neal for Financial Services, Mayor Foster for the Office of the CAO, and Councillor Zwart for Emergency Services. This decision aims to maintain continuity in oversight of various municipal services and issues until the current council term concludes.
