Public Works Payroll and Job Allocation Process Modernization Review

The General Government Committee of Clarington met on January 9, 2023, where they discussed the modernization review of the Public Works payroll and job allocation processes. The committee received Report CAO-001-23, which included recommendations from the WSCS report. The committee directed staff to prepare a scheduled plan for implementing these recommendations to enhance efficiency. Additionally, staff were instructed to post a PDF copy of the final report on the Clarington website and submit the necessary documentation to the Province of Ontario in accordance with the provincial funding agreement. Regular updates on the status of the implementation will be reported back to the Council.
