Doug Ford remains the Premier of Ontario and also serves as Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs. Sylvia Jones has been appointed as Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, while Trevor Jones assumes the role of Minister of Agriculture, Food, and Agribusiness.

The Ontario government plans to remove trade barriers and attract investments, with a specific focus on the Ring of Fire's critical minerals. Plans to enhance worker training to improve economic competitiveness were also highlighted by Ford.

Ford stated that standing firm against international trade tensions is essential for protecting the economy, and he mentioned the significance of reducing regulatory burdens for businesses.
