Police Seek Suspects in Oshawa Assault

Police are searching for three male suspects involved in an assault on a male and female in Oshawa. The incident occurred on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at approximately 2:55 a.m. near Simcoe Street South and John Street East. According to the Durham Regional Police Service, three males approached a group of individuals, leading to a dispute and subsequent physical assault on a male and female. The suspects fled the scene before police arrived. The victims sustained serious injuries and received treatment at the scene.

The suspects are described as follows:

  • First suspect: Male, White, 16-20 years old, approximately 5’8” tall, slim build, shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
  • Second suspect: Male, White, 16-20 years old, approximately 5’10” tall, medium build, shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a black hooded sweater and blue jeans.
  • Third suspect: Male, White, 16-20 years old, approximately 5’10” tall, slim build, brown hair, wearing a red T-shirt and black jeans.
