Police Seek Suspect in Pickering Shooting Incident

On the morning of October 11, 2024, a shooting incident occurred in Pickering. A female reported to the West Division that she had been shot at while driving. The incident began at a Tim Horton's on Toy Avenue and Bayly Street, where a vehicle honked at her. As she drove west on Bayly Street, the suspect vehicle pursued her. The victim attempted to evade the suspect by turning into the Pickering GO Station parking lot. The suspect threw a coffee at her vehicle before driving away. The suspect then made a U-turn and shot at the victim near Liverpool Road, shattering her driver's side window. The victim sustained minor injuries. The suspect is described as a Black male driving a black Jaguar SUV. Police are requesting anyone with information, including cell phone or dashcam footage, to contact them.
