Police Seek Public's Help in Identifying Ajax Robbery Suspects
On the evening of February 7, 2025, a robbery occurred at a Shoppers Drug Mart located at 1971 Salem Road North in Ajax. The incident, reported at approximately 9:15 p.m., involved three suspects who forcibly entered the store, vandalized display cases to steal perfume, and assaulted an employee using a hammer.
The Durham Region Police Service has launched an investigation into the robbery and is seeking assistance from the public to identify the individuals responsible. Police authorities were dispatched to the scene, but the suspects had already fled by the time they arrived.
