Police Seek Five Suspects in Pickering Shooting Incident

A shooting incident occurred on January 14, 2025, at around 10:05 p.m. in Pickering, Ontario, resulting in injuries to a youth. The event took place at a residential complex on Kingston Road. The Durham Regional Police Service reported that the injured individual was taken to a Toronto-area trauma center with injuries that are not life-threatening.

Police are searching for five suspects who left the scene on foot before authorities arrived. Descriptions of the suspects have been released based on their attire at the time of the incident.

The Durham Regional Police Service is requesting assistance from the public. They are asking for any witnesses or individuals with video footage related to the incident to contact them. Information can be provided anonymously, and there is a reward for tips that lead to an arrest.
