Oshawa Police Arrest Two in Firearm and Drug Investigation

Two individuals have been arrested in Oshawa in connection with firearm and drug possession. The arrests were made following a police investigation on March 28, 2025. Officers from the Central East Division responded to a domestic disturbance incident located near Simcoe Street North and King Street East in Oshawa.

Upon arrival, the officers encountered two unwanted individuals at the site. Subsequent search efforts resulted in the discovery of a loaded 9mm handgun alongside more than 140 grams of fentanyl and 25 grams of crack cocaine. The individuals, identified as Emmanuel Wiehler, 24, of no fixed address, and Anfernee Farrell-Luke, 27, from Toronto, were eventually apprehended a short distance away. They face multiple charges related to firearm possession and drug trafficking.

Both males are expected to appear for a bail hearing, while the Durham Region Police Service continues its investigative actions regarding this case.
