Residents and businesses are reminded of ongoing lane restrictions on Harmony Road North, from 1 kilometre to 1.5 kilometres north of Conlin Road East in the City of Oshawa. The lane restrictions will be in place until September 20, though unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule. The work is to safely construct new turning lanes and concrete medians to support new development. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of work crews and road users.
