Nissin Noodles Recalled Over Undeclared Shrimp and Peanut
The Canada Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has announced a recall for certain Nissin brand Big Cup Noodle products due to undeclared allergens. The products affected include the general Nissin Big Cup Noodle, which contains undeclared shrimp, and the Nissin Big Cup Noodle Curry Flavor, which contains undeclared peanuts.
Consumers are urged not to use, sell, serve, or distribute the recalled products. These items were distributed online and in provinces including Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
The CFIA is overseeing the recall and will update the public with any new information as it becomes available.
