New Vice-Chair Elected at Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority AGM

The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority (GRCA) held its Annual General Meeting on February 20th, 2025, in Port Hope. During the meeting, Vicki Mink from the Municipality of Port Hope was re-elected as Chair, while Randy Barber, representing the Town of Cobourg, was appointed as Vice-Chair. Both elections were officiated by Glenn Tozer of Lynch Rutherford Tozer, Chartered Accountants.

The AGM included a review of the previous year's initiatives and discussions on upcoming projects. Located partly within Clarington, the GRCA plays a crucial role in managing the conservation efforts in the Ganaraska Forest.

The meeting provided an opportunity to reaffirm leadership roles and set the stage for future environmental efforts.
