Lane Restrictions on Bloor Street West in Oshawa Announced

The Regional Municipality of Durham has announced lane restrictions on Bloor Street West in Oshawa. These restrictions will be in effect from October 17 to December 17. The affected area is from east of Thornton Road South to Stevenson Road South.

The restrictions are necessary to facilitate the relocation of Enbridge Gas infrastructure. This work is in preparation for a future regional capital works project.

Despite the lane restrictions, local businesses and the Durham College Oshawa GO/Via Rail station will remain accessible throughout the construction period. The schedule may be affected by unfavorable weather conditions.
