Lane Restrictions Announced for Highway 2 in Courtice

The Regional Municipality of Durham has announced lane restrictions on Durham Regional Highway 2 in Courtice, Clarington. These restrictions will be in place from November 20 to December 11, with the possibility of schedule changes due to adverse weather conditions. The affected area is the eastbound lane from 180 metres east of Sandringham Drive to 250 metres east of Sandringham Drive. The restrictions are to facilitate the installation of a concrete curb and gutter as part of new development efforts. Motorists are advised to drive carefully to ensure the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and construction workers.
