Investigation Underway Following Stabbing Incident in Oshawa

Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred in Oshawa early on September 17, 2024. At approximately 5:05 a.m., officers from the Central East Division responded to a call regarding a physical altercation in the vicinity of Simcoe Street South and Gibb Street. Upon arrival, they found a male victim who had sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. He was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment. All suspects involved in the incident fled the scene before police arrived.
