Interview with Mayor Adrian Foster on Diversity Leadership Bursary

He emphasized that the bursary, which provides $1,500 to support students engaged in promoting diversity and inclusion, is part of Clarington's broader Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism (IDEA) Strategy for 2024-2027. The Mayor expressed pride in the community's commitment to fostering young leaders and indicated that future plans will focus on enhancing support for diversity initiatives across Clarington. He noted that the Diversity Advisory Committee will continue to play a crucial role in guiding these efforts.
