Individual Charged After Robbery at Oshawa Convenience Store

An individual has been charged following an incident at a convenience store in Oshawa. On November 6, 2024, at approximately 2:55 a.m., police from the Central East Division responded to a robbery at the Circle K store located at 206 King Street East. The suspect reportedly used pepper spray on an employee while attempting to steal items. Officers arrived promptly and arrested the suspect without further incident. A canister of pepper spray was found during a search. The employee sustained minor injuries.

The accused, identified as Jordan Faith Myers, age 19, from Oshawa, faces charges including robbery, administering a noxious substance, and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public. Myers was released on an undertaking. The police are seeking any additional information related to this incident and encourage witnesses to come forward.
