Funding Reallocation for Farewell Creek Trail Project

The General Government Committee of Clarington authorized the reallocation of funds for the Farewell Creek Trail Project during its meeting on January 10, 2022. A resolution was passed to allocate up to $12,100 from the Municipal Capital Works Reserve Fund and $108,090 from the Development Charges – Parks Reserve Fund. This funding will be used to complete Phase 2B and Phase 3 of the Farewell Creek Project. The decision was made to ensure the project's completion and enhance local outdoor spaces.
