Fireworks By-law Review and Future Monitoring Trends

During the General Government Committee meeting on March 20, 2023, the Fireworks By-law Review was discussed under Report LGS-012-23. The committee resolved to receive the report and any related delegations or communication items. It was decided that staff would continue to monitor the municipal sector for any emerging trends in fireworks prohibitions. The By-law attached to Report LGS-012-23 was approved. The committee also resolved that all interested parties listed in the report and any delegations be advised of the Council's decision.
