Exhibition of Resident-Created Wish Flags in Clarington
In June, over 1,000 residents participated in the #HeartYourParksClarington campaign by creating wish flags that illustrate various ways they enjoy the parks in Clarington. The flags, which depict activities such as swimming, basketball, pickleball, tennis, walking, splash pads, biking, cricket, and baseball, have been collected and are now on display at Clarington recreation centres across the municipality. This initiative aims to highlight the community's appreciation for local parks and open spaces.
