Durham Region Transit to Change Vehicle Destination Signs on April 24, 2025

Durham Region Transit (DRT) will update destination signs on all of its conventional and On Demand transit vehicles starting April 24, 2025. DRT stated that these updates will change the wording and appearance of the destination information displayed on the vehicles.

According to DRT, this update will apply to all routes and communities served, including Clarington. The transit agency advised that these changes affect only the signage and will not result in any modifications to existing transit routes or schedules.

DRT has advised riders to check official transit sources for further information regarding updated destination sign displays.

The change to vehicle destination signs will take effect April 24, 2025, as announced by Durham Region Transit.
