Durham Police Seek Suspect in Port Perry Break-and-Enter

Durham police are seeking a suspect after a break-and-enter at a business on Scugog Street in Port Perry early Friday morning. Police stated that officers responded to an alarm just after 2:30 a.m. and found that entry had been gained through a window. According to police, cash was taken from the premises. Investigators released surveillance images and described the suspect as wearing a dark jacket, hoodie, light-coloured pants, and dark shoes. Durham police are asking anyone with information about the incident or suspicious activity in the area to come forward. The investigation is ongoing.
