Discussion on Nuisance Feeding of Animals By-law

During the General Government Committee meeting on May 9, 2022, a request for a Nuisance Feeding of Animals By-law was discussed. The request was presented by Dustin Scheenaard. A motion to refer the item to staff for further consideration was made by Councillor Zwart and seconded by Councillor Anderson; however, this motion was lost. Subsequently, a resolution was passed to receive the communication regarding the request for information, which was moved by Councillor Neal and seconded by Councillor Anderson. This resolution was carried, indicating that the committee acknowledged the request but did not take further action at that time.
