Discussion on Cannabis Cultivation Odour and Lighting Regulations
During the General Government Committee meeting on May 11, 2020, a communication item from Fred Eisenberger, Mayor of Hamilton, regarding the regulation and enforcement of odour and lighting nuisances related to cannabis cultivation was discussed. The committee moved a resolution, proposed by Councillor Zwart and seconded by Councillor Anderson, to refer this communication to staff for further consideration.
