Bousfields Inc. has submitted applications on behalf of Stylux Bowmanville Inc. for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment concerning a proposed development at 500 Mearns Avenue, Bowmanville. The development plan includes 97 residential units in the form of three-storey link townhouses, along with an internal private road and an amenity area.

Future applications for Site Plan Control and Draft Plan of Condominium are anticipated. Currently, public comments are being solicited regarding the initial submission.

Residents and stakeholders are invited to review the proposal and provide their feedback as part of the public consultation process.
