Smith provided background on the strategic plan, outlined the approaches to strategy development, and detailed the timeline for its development. She highlighted the engagement activities that have been created and noted that additional engagement opportunities will continue until June 2024. Smith emphasized the importance of raising awareness and encouraging local citizens to participate in the ongoing survey related to the strategic plan.
