Council received an update about a project to reduce the use of rodenticides at municipal facilities. Following a successful pilot at the Courtice Community Complex, the rodenticide-free program will be expanded to other municipal recreation facilities. Staff were also directed to develop an administrative pest management directive to reduce the use of anti-coagulant rodenticides on all Municipal properties.
