Council Approves Valuation of Elexicon Investment
On January 10, 2022, the General Government Committee of Clarington approved a resolution to procure the services of a business valuator to determine the fair market value of the equity of Elexicon Corporation. The resolution, moved by Mayor Foster and seconded by Councillor Zwart, specifies that the costs associated with this valuation will be equally shared among the Town of Ajax, the Town of Whitby, and the City of Belleville.
