Council Addresses Active Transportation Needs on West Beach Road
On June 21, 2021, the General Government Committee of Clarington discussed the active transportation needs for West Beach Road. The committee received Report PWD-026-21, which outlined recommendations for addressing these needs. The resolution, moved by Mayor Foster and seconded by Councillor Traill, stated that the active transportation needs and recommendations for West Beach Road, specifically between East Shore Drive and the future West Beach Park, would be addressed through the active transportation master plan study. The motion was carried unanimously.
