Clarington to Host Second Annual Black Vendor Village

Clarington is set to host the second annual Black Vendor Village on Saturday, February 8, 2025. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex, located at 2440 Highway 2 in Bowmanville.

The event will feature over 50 vendors offering a variety of products, including fashion, jewelry, handcrafted goods, beauty products, food, arts, candles, and professional services. Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy performances by local artists, such as steelpan music by Daniel Lovell and music by DJ Dreadie Love.

Additionally, the Durham Community Health Centre’s mobile clinic will be present at the event. The event is supported by Ontario Power Generation through the Power for Change Project.
