Clarington Launches 2025 Citizen Satisfaction Survey

The Municipality of Clarington has started the 2025 Citizen Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback from residents on municipal services and overall quality of life. According to the municipality, the survey is available to all Clarington residents through an online link and in paper format at Clarington Public Library branches and the Municipal Administrative Centre.

The municipality stated that responses are anonymous. Survey results, according to the municipal announcement, will be used to inform planning and assess local programs and services.

Paper surveys must be returned to the Municipal Administrative Centre or any Clarington library branch by July 2, 2024. The municipality notes that alternative formats are available for residents needing accessibility accommodations.

The 2025 Citizen Satisfaction Survey is part of Clarington's regular process of collecting resident input, according to the municipal release.
