Clarington Approves Renovation of Fire Services Station 1

The Clarington General Government Committee has approved the renovation of the Clarington Emergency and Fire Services Station 1. The contract for the renovation was awarded to Snyder Construction, which submitted the lowest bid of $1,160,064.00, net of HST rebate. The total funding required for the project is $1,276,071.00. This amount includes construction costs and a contingency fund of $116,007.00, also net of HST rebate. The funding for this project will be sourced from the approved budget.
