Check It Out: Zumba Gold Classes at Newcastle Library
The Clarington Public Library is hosting a Zumba Gold class at the Newcastle Library. The classes will be held every Monday from September 9 to November 25, excluding September 30 and October 14. The sessions will run from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This event is open to adults aged 55 and over and is presented in collaboration with Community Care Durham. The program features low-impact movements and is suitable for all fitness levels. No prior experience is required.
