Check It Out: Holiday Train Event at Courtice Library
The Clarington Public Library will host a Holiday Train event at the Courtice Library on Wednesday, December 18, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. This event is designed for children in grades 1 through 5, offering an opportunity to engage in a creative and educational activity.
Participants will have the chance to assemble and paint a wooden train, crafted using the Maker's Space laser cutter. This hands-on experience aims to stimulate creativity and learning in a fun environment.
Registration is required for participation, with a fee of $25 plus tax. Interested individuals should register in advance, as space may be limited. It is important to note that children must be accompanied by an adult during the event.
