Check It Out: Halloween Event at Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue

The Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue is hosting a Halloween event on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event will take place at the Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue located at 6706 Gibbs Road. Admission is priced at $10 plus HST, with free entry for children under two years old.

The event will feature a two-hour experience that includes a guided tour of the wildlife sanctuary, opportunities to meet animal ambassadors, and Halloween-themed games and crafts. Attendees can also participate in trick-or-treating through an enchanted forest, with treats provided by local businesses such as Toe Beans Café, Ontario Power Generation (OPG), Pet Valu Courtice, Brown Farms, and The Nurturing Nest: A Postpartum Village.

Participants are encouraged to wear costumes, as there will be a prize for the best costume. Due to limited space, the event requires registration in advance.
