The Durham Region Health Department has launched an online disclosure portal named 'Check&Go! Durham', which provides real-time weekly inspection results for local beaches. This portal allows residents to access the latest information regarding beach safety and water quality. Throughout the summer, the Health Department conducts bacteriological water tests to ensure that beaches are safe for swimming.
