Carion Fenn Foundation Initiatives for Mental Health Week
Carion Fenn, President and CEO of the Carion Fenn Foundation, presented at the General Government Committee meeting on April 19, 2021, regarding initiatives for Mental Health Week. She announced that Mental Health Week will take place from May 3 to May 9, 2021, with the first Resilience Workshop scheduled for May 5, 2021, sponsored by Clarington. The Foundation aims to run an eight-week program for Clarington residents to assist in recovery from the pandemic. Fenn expressed gratitude to the Council for their support and indicated plans to apply for funding through Clarington to support these initiatives.
