Canadian Armed Forces Member Dies in Belgium

The Canadian Armed Forces have reported the death of Lieutenant-Colonel Kent Miller, who was serving in Belgium under Operation UNIFIER. LCol Miller passed away on November 25, 2024, due to medical complications. He was stationed at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in Casteau, Belgium. LCol Miller had a 24-year career in the Canadian Armed Forces and was the Commanding Officer of the 41 Combat Engineer Regiment in Alberta. He was involved in planning and coordination tasks during his deployment.
