CAF Modernizes Recruitment Process

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) have announced updates to their recruitment process. This modernization effort aims to address existing challenges such as delays and accessibility issues. Additionally, the CAF is replacing previous aptitude tests with the Scored Employment Application Form, which evaluates candidates' experiences rather than solely testing skills. These changes align with the CAF's ongoing efforts to adapt to security threats and the expectations of new applicants.
